How do you know this is a Sex Offender? I looked at the Sex Offender Registry and couldn't find any information about the address you mentioned. Let me know if there is a website I am not aware of. I was searching on the Indiana Sheriffs' site.

I noticed that there was an officer out to 6184 Washington Blvd for an investigation at 12:42am on Sunday morning. Amy said she saw an officer in that area Sunday afternoon. Does anyone have any info about what was going on?

Municode.com post the latest municipal code. 575 specifically deals with high weeds and grass, although they did just change the ordinance last week to give property owners 5 days to cut the grass (it was previously 10).
