"I'm really glad someone knew who he was! I saw him running north on Washington earlier today, but my dog chasing days are over. I was hoping someone would have more energy than me. Thanks Brooke for catching him!"
A nice brown dog came into our yard this morning. He's brown with a gray muzzle, clean, and without a collar. He looks to be an indoor dog. He knows how to sit and is very well-behaved. He came from the north, running down the alley between Delaware and Washington. We have him and are walking him around to see if he's yours! If he belongs to you, come to 6245 N. Delaware and we'll give him back! :-)
I love your photos, especially of the graffiti. I lived in Warfleigh for two years before discovering the secret entrance to the White River. It's a favorite hang out place for the family--dogs included!
I have sung all over the place. For 10 years I sang with the Symphonic Choir, 5 years with the Indianapolis Chorale, sang at various church choirs, for a long while at the 38th United Methodist Church. Lately, I have been singing with a small group called VOCE. This group was started a couple of years ago by Chuck Goehring.
Hey Brooke -- I'm thinking I may have sung with you at some point at St. Luke's? I came in a few times to sing alto during the Christmas concert (last time would have been in 2004 -- I was very pregnant in 2005 and haven't been back since then). Also, totally random: do you know Patty Hanna?
Sadly I don't have many opportunities to see Patty very often. She's pretty terrific though.
Yes, back in the house I grew up in -- strange and wonderful at the same time (6249 Wash Bl). We're doing some pretty major renovation on it though, so hopefully when we're all done it will seem like something new. We'll see!
Went to 84 for elementary, until they redistricted me to 86. BRHS for high school. How did you wind up at North Central??
