Apartment Complex Development At College & Kessler

Hello All ,i found this Petition online against the overly large Apartment Complex Development At College & Kessler( Originally 200 apartments & now revised to 151 ) Which would increase the approx. people per 6-7 land plots from the approximate 15 ( approx. 2.5 per land lot ) by a factor of 20-30x times ( so 151 units would hold approx. 225-300 people )Please take a look & vote if you feel this is TOO Large a development for the Meridian Kessler residential neighborhood.Click on…See More

The tree is so large it is visible all along broad ripple ave from the village & it is one of the largest in the broad ripple & Warfleigh area. DEVELOPMENT 6265 Broadway / CANAL ACCESS

There is a development ( not improvement) planned for 6265 Broadway st. along the canal ( opposite the parking garage & behind CVS ) The plan is to change a small single dwelling home on a block with many trees into a massive 5 units (  with 10-15 occupants approx. )

    The Proposed building is 45 ft tall occupies the whole canal front and removes the road access along the canal leaving only a very tight & restricted walkway , which does not match the open space &…
