From the Star:
"DNA evidence led to the arrest of an Indianapolis man for the 2007 murder of a Broad Ripple woman, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Nathan Anderson, 22, was arrested in Texas and has been returned to Indianapolis. He is being held on preliminary murder charges while the Marion County prosecutor’s office prepares a probable cause affidavit.
Anderson was arrested for the Oct. 25, 2007 murder of Jane E. Pepper, who was 44 years old when she was found dead in her apartment in the 700 block of East 64th Street. For the first time, police revealed that the person who killed Pepper got into her apartment through a window that she would leave open for her two cats."
