Firecrackers already? Really? Really?

I was walking the precious angels tonight around 8ish and someone was letting off firecrackers. I thought I had at least until June before I had to deal with that! Sugar is deathly afraid of firecrackers and it does not matter where I am as soon as she hears them she turns around and we have to go home. I could be five miles from home and we have to high tail it! Does anybody know who it was letting them off so I could go talk to them and explain to them how afraid she is? I believe it was in the 6300 block of Park.
