The Warfleigh Neighborhood Association is partnering with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful for our annual spring eighborhood clean up, which is set for this Sat, April 9, from 8-11 am. We have a truck from KIB and at least 1 bobcat (courtesy Mid Town Trees), and are planning on cleaning up debris and trash from curbs and storm sewers around the neighborhood. We have a great group of guests joining us at this year’s Warfleigh Annual Meeting. Please set aside some time this Thursday to come join us! Apartment Complex Development At College & Kessler

Hello All ,i found this Petition online against the overly large Apartment Complex Development At College & Kessler( Originally 200 apartments & now revised to 151 ) Which would increase the approx. people per 6-7 land plots from the approximate 15 ( approx. 2.5 per land lot ) by a factor of 20-30x times ( so 151 units would hold approx. 225-300 people )Please take a look & vote if you feel this is TOO Large a development for the Meridian Kessler residential neighborhood.Click on…See More
